 5) Use your legs to scissor your opponent’s legs, and arch your back. This will cause your opponent to lose their balance and fall backwards.

 6) As your opponent falls, roll over your shoulder and onto your back.

 7) Maintain the pressure on your opponent’s head and ankle, and bring your legs up to their chest.

 8) You are now in the mounted position, and can proceed to submit your opponent.
