The Jiu Jitsu practitioner will need to establish side control or mount on their opponent. Once in side control, the Jiu Jitsu practitioner will reach over the opponent’s head with their right arm and grab the opponent’s left arm.

6.As you come around, reach back with your arm that is trapping their arm, and grab their far side hip.

7.Finish the choke by driving your forearm into their throat, and squeezing their hips with your other hand.
