  1. Start in side control, with your opponent’s head in between your thighs. 
  2. Place your right arm over their neck, and your left hand under their chin. 
  3. Apply pressure to the neck with your right arm, and squeeze their chin with your left hand. 
  4. As they attempt to escape the hold, slide your right arm under their chin and grab the back of their head. 
  5. Continue to apply pressure with your right arm, and use your left hand to help control their head.
